Company History for PCMS Consulting
PCMS Consulting was founded by Jose Perez, in July 2007. Jose set out to position PCMS as an alternative to traditional real estate franchising. He and his team of forward thinking industry professionals and strategic partners focus on delivering a suite of innovative, a la carte, solutions leading companies require to enhance their market position and profitability.
Jose’s vision focused on helping brokerages bridge the gap between the growing expectations of consumers and the lack of innovation in the industry. With brokerages nationwide were beginning to feel the effects of the recession in early 2008, PCMS pulled together a team of senior level, highly respected industry veterans.
As the dramatic turn of events in late 2008 and early 2009 began to unfold, PCMS Consulting continued to expand. They signed their first two national strategic alliances, expanding the technology solutions offered to their clients. In 2009, PCMS launched the Camp REinvent™ program and continued to provide technology and consulting solutions to well known, multi-office brokerages throughout the country. Furthermore, their model of providing multiple solutions proved itself as many of these same clients returned to us to provide solutions for them in areas other than what they had originally engaged PCMS for.
Their momentum flowed into 2010, despite market conditions still being tenuous for many around the country. The company’s success continued into 2011 and 2012 as it added two more strategic partnerships and continued to address the pressing challenges the industry faced.
Entering 2013, PCMS Consulting launched PCMS Social Solutions to help brokerages leverage the marketing opportunities presented by properly strategizing and implementing their social media business plan. With this most recent offering, PCMS Consulting solidified its position as an industry thought leader and trusted advisor to brokerages and management teams that are trying to reinvent the way they do business.
Over a five and half year period, PCMS Consulting has built an impressive menu of offerings that feature:
- The ability to drive internet traffic to brokerages through SEO coaching and consulting in addition to taking over social media planning and implementation through PCMS Social Solutions;
- Solutions that help engage consumers online including enterprise broker and agent web/CRM platforms through their partnership with Terabitz and a contact and conversion center that responds to internet leads within 15 minutes in addition to delivering industry leading internet lead metrics through their partnership with One Cavo;
- A post-sale marketing system that helps create a customer for life by capturing consumer closing documents and using them for building brand loyalty through targeted marketing as long as they own their home through their partnership with Next Deal; and
- The ability to tie it all together with an impressive array of management consulting services.
