Recruiting Real Estate Agent Recruiter and Management Coach, Rich Rector
Recruiting Real Estate Consultant, Rich Rector grew up in a real estate family and began selling real estate 20 years ago in Orange County, California. In 1989, Rich graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from California State University-Long Beach. After seven successful years selling real estate, Rich decided to move to the corporate side of real estate.
He built the Career Development and Recruiting Real Estate Division for First Team Real Estate, a Southern California company that has grown to be one of the Top 10 independent real estate companies in the country. In six years, Rich recruited an unprecedented 3,000 real estate agents for First Team. His successful recruiting Real Estate systems identified the training and recruiting needs of the real estate industry for brokers. He developed a coaching program, encompassing recruiting, agent training, profitability and growth.
In 2002, Rich began assisting real estate brokers, owners and managers nationwide by maximizing the potential of their organizations. Rich has advised over 500 of the nation’s top real estate brokers and has led over 15,000 recruiting coaching sessions.
In September of 2006, Rich became President of Intero Real Estate Service’s in Arizona and recruited over 100 real estate agents in less than 12 months. Rich also personally coaches his agents many of whom are on track to double their incomes.
His wife Kelly and their four boys live in Orange County, CA.
Rich continues to provide recruiting real estate consulting and coach real estate brokers and agents with his proven recruiting systems and specializes in accountability through coaching; management skills training; agent recruiting strategies and training; and office staffing solutions and operating systems.
