Every member of our business development team is an expert in consultative selling. Consultative selling is just what is just what it sounds like, consulting with clients to determine what their needs are and to subsequently match that need with one of our consultants, related products, or franchise partners.
We NEVER take a cookie cutter approach and NEVER charge you for the initial consultation with our business development team. Every client is different and, therefore, every consultation is different. You don’t pay us until you choose to actually engage us. Here is how we would work with your company:
Phase 1 (Your Needs)
- This is where we get to know you and your company, understand your vision, where you would like to take your company, and what your challenges might be.
- We will start to prioritize your needs based on the urgency of your needs and your budget for addressing each issue.
Phase 2 (Our Capabilities)
- Once we understand your company and its needs, we will start talking to you about our company and its capabilities.
- Based on how we have prioritized your specific needs, we will bring in the appropriate consultant, product, or franchise that we have mutually agreed would best help you achieve your goals.
Phase 3 (Our Proposal)
- Now that we understand your needs, your priorities, your budget, and have introduced you to a potential solution, it’s time to make our proposal as to how we will specifically work together if you were to engage us.
- Our involvement with you and your firm is not casual. We recognize your needs, and our capabilities must be a match. Our goal is not a onetime involvement, but a long term relationship that will assist you in securing market dominance and sustainable profitability.
Phase 4 (Our Engagement)
- Time to get to work! You have engaged us and we are now beginning to help you get to the next level by specifically addressing the issues we have jointly identified and proposed to help you with.
- Communication is key and we will continue to constantly update and engage you in the process. You will never have to wonder what is going on.
Phase 5 (Our Long Term Relationship)
- Our mission is “to deliver a portfolio of cost-efficient consulting services and related products that leading real estate companies require to maintain and enhance their market position and profitability.” If we do a good job with the first assignment, we will have the opportunity to help you with future needs.
