Jose Perez, Founder and President of PCMS ConsultingRespected and innovative industry leader, Jose Perez, has been making a difference for almost 30 years. As an entrepreneur, Jose’s mantra is REinventing Real Estate.

Jose had a long and storied career at Realogy, where he began as Franchise Sales Director for CENTURY 21 and rose to the rank of Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Acquisitions for CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA.  While at Realogy, he was responsible for the affiliation and/or acquisition of thousands of companies generating hundreds of millions of dollars in fees. In addition, he was a frequent speaker at company events, trained both domestic and international sales people, and played an active role in helping develop many systems that are still in place today.

As President of PCMS, Jose is responsible for driving the growth of the organization while maintaining a pulse on the needs of its clients. Since many brokerages rely on PCMS Consulting’s advice as they strive to REinvent their businesses, he and his team are committed to vetting solutions so their clients don’t have to.

Born in Cuba, Jose and his family immigrated to the United States in 1962. He grew up in New York City and finished high school in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where his father had been transferred. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami where he majored in Finance and Economics. He also has an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

An accomplished guitarist, Jose often entertains clients at company functions. He is also an avid racquetball player, cook, and fan of great cuisine. Jose divides his time between Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA with his wife of 27 years. He has two boys aged 25 and 20.

There are always issues that present themselves to the brokerage leadership team. Elaine focuses on helping real estate companies both solve these issues and better position themselves for the future. Elaine focuses on helping each piece of a brokerage’s operations work in tandem, encouraging organic growth within the organization.

With her expertise in multiple areas of business operations and development, Elaine offers real estate brokerages help in business planning and exit strategy, activity accountability, marketing and development, growth strategy and recruiting, lead management, internet strategies and mobile development applications, drip marketing, SEO API integration.

Elaine began her career in the early 1980’s as a real estate agent. With her natural leadership abilities, she quickly moved into sales management. In the 1990’s her management capabilities moved her into a new direction as Elaine held varying positions within the real estate industry. She has deep experience in franchise sales, management consulting, business development, and she’s worked as regional vice president for two major real estate companies. She has also been very active in the REALTOR® organization, having lead her local board and women’s council as President, and chaired many local, state, and national committees.

Elaine is dedicated to her family, friends and career. She is the fifth sibling from a large, second-generation Italian family with extended ties throughout New England and Italy. She has three children and five grandchildren. She resides just outside of Boston. Elaine shares her love for travel, reading, music and anything ocean with her partner, Dan.

Her philanthropic endeavors include: ECCF, My MBT, MDA, ES, NEF, and SOI. In 2004 she co-founded the Woman’s Foundation of ECCF with four other women on the North Shore of Boston.
