PCMS is a full service consulting, sales, and management organization formed in July 2007 by industry veteran Jose Perez. Our vision is to have PCMS become the “one stop shop” for consulting services in the real estate and franchising industries. The first few months of operation confirmed the demand for these types of services as PCMS was retained by several important and varied clients.

We entered 2008 continuing to attract the attention of companies who wanted to leverage the knowledge, expertise, and contacts of our professionals. As a direct result of this interest, we expanded the services of PCMS by bringing on several associates with additional real estate and franchising experience so we could further expand our reach throughout the domestic and international real estate and franchising industries.
