Cynthia L. Kelly has more than 19 years of leadership experience working with thousands of organizations in the real estate and hotel franchising business at Hospitality Franchise Systems, Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group, and most recently, Realogy Corporation. Her expertise in franchise sales administration and compliance within the real estate and hotel industry has driven growth throughout various franchise systems.

During her tenure at these organizations, Ms. Kelly most notably achieved substantial growth and renewal rates as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales Administration and Compliance with Realogy She successfully negotiated and executed thousands of franchising agreements around the United States and successfully concluded renewals, mergers and acquisitions, ownership changes, workout plans as well as other deal structures.

In addition, Ms. Kelly has a tremendous wealth of experience in designing, implementing and administering commission plans for sales teams at all levels. She has created and provided training support for FDD procedures, licensing agreements, administration processes, system integration, and selection processes for franchisors and franchisees alike.

During her tenure with Realogy, Ms. Kelly was a member of the company’s senior leadership team. She was also involved in two successful Six Sigma programs both as a group participant and a group leader. The value add of the streamlined processes equated to significant incremental revenue for the company.

Ms. Kelly recently joined PCMS Consulting. She specializes in Franchise Sales Administration, Compliance, contract negotiation, Franchisor selection process, implementation and integration, sales compensation, sales training, and operational control processes.
