Kathleen Teare has over 29 years experience in the business of residential real estate. She has been a multi-million dollar sales associate specializing in both new homes and re-sales. As a Broker, she operated a company specializing in the marketing and sale of new homes. She also managed residential offices for a large national company and has operated large multi-office companies – all profitably.

In 1998, Kathleen co-founded The Millennium Network, a consulting firm specializing in the business of real estate throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Millennium Network assisted brokers with their business challenges using solutions for today and the future. She recently agreed to fold her consulting practice into PCMS Consulting in order to better serve her clients.

Kathleen was also Vice-President and Director of Regional Servicing for Coldwell Banker Real Estate and worked for two other major national franchises as a Senior Business Consultant and Regional Director. These positions entailed managing education departments, marketing departments, franchise sales and a team of business consultants.

Over the years, Kathleen has been involved in several leadership organizations including Leadership Atlanta, the Jaycees, community organizations and the Friendship Force – an International people-to people exchange organization.

Kathleen lives in Atlanta, Georgia, is a licensed Broker and a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors. Her areas of expertise include, operational/company reviews, multi-office operations, strategic and business planning, customer service, mergers and acquisitions, training, recruiting, and the growth and profitability of all size companies.
