Rich grew up in a real estate family and began selling real estate 20 years ago in Orange County, California. In 1989, Rich graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from California State University-Long Beach. After seven successful years selling real estate, Rich decided to move to the corporate side of real estate.
He built the Career Development and Recruiting Division for First Team Real Estate, a Southern California company that has grown to be one of the Top 10 independent real estate companies in the country. In six years, Rich recruited an unprecedented 3,000 agents for First Team. His successful recruiting systems identified the training needs of the real estate industry for brokers. He developed a coaching program, encompassing recruiting, agent training, profitability and growth.
In 2002, Rich began assisting brokers, owners and managers nationwide by maximizing the potential of their organizations. Rich has advised over 500 of the nation’s top brokers and has led over 15,000 coaching sessions.
In September of 2006, Rich became President of Intero Real Estate Service’s in Arizona and recruited over 100 agents in less than 12 months. Rich also personally coaches his agents many of whom are on track to double their incomes.
His wife Kelly and their four boys live in Orange County, CA.
Rich continues to consult and coach brokers and agents with his proven systems and specializes in accountability through coaching; management skills training; agent recruiting strategies and training; and office staffing solutions and operating systems.
