- Been retained to help one of the most innovative companies in the real estate industry, Intero Real Estate Services (based in Silicon Valley), expand through master franchising consulting.
- Secured the consulting services of six industry Real Estate business consultants and leaders in the areas of company analysis, franchise development, international business development, internet marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate recruiting.
- Positioned itself to provide a wide array of Real Estate Consulting services to real estate companies and Franchise Consulting to franchise companies both domestically and internationally by having consultants based in all regions of the U.S. as well as an international representative in Europe.
- Been retained by numerous real estate companies and franchise companies to address issues in a variety of areas which have lead to other assignments thus providing clients full service due to its one-stop shop concept.
- Been asked to speak or present at various industry functions on the topics of cost cutting, mergers and acquisitions, recruiting, and franchising.
