Real Estate Consulting Company, PCMS Consulting is a one-stop shop for Real Estate Companies.
A full service real estate consulting company and franchise consulting firm, PCMS Consulting company was the brainchild of real estate and franchise industry veteran Jose Perez. During a career that included selling thousands of franchises and facilitating hundreds of mergers acquisitions, Jose saw, first hand, how real estate and franchise companies operated and knew there was an opportunity to create a “dream team” of other respected business consultants and professionals to provide world class service to the industry.
PCMS was born in July 2007. Its first two Real Estate Consulting Company clients were The Pilot Group, a private equity company in New York, and Intero Real Estate Services, an innovative real estate company based in Silicon Valley. In early 2008, Jose went about identifying top real estate consulting company and franchise consulting professionals who would be interested in joining him to create a new type of real estate consulting company and franchise consulting company.
The goal of the company would be to give their clients the experience of a consultant who is very knowledgeable in a particular area (the typical situation), but to also have the resources and knowledge of a whole team that could assist in just about any area where their clients might require help. By March, PCMS had assembled a team that included a real estate recruiters coach who had recruited over 3,000 agents in his career; a highly respected mergers and acquisitions expert and author who had facilitated hundreds of mergers acquisitions; a 30-year industry real estate consulting expert who had provided over 200 company operations reviews and merged her company into PCMS; and a 20 year franchise consultant in franchise administration issues who had handled thousands of contractual negotiations throughout her career.
In subsequent months, PCMS garnered significant visibility which resulted in numerous new clients as well as providing existing clients with additional services under its one-stop shop concept. Additionally, PCMS attracted several more consultants to round out their offerings in the areas of internet marketing services and SEO consulting and international business development.. PCMS real estate consulting company and franchise consulting professionals have also been asked to speak at various industry events and written and published numerous articles in their areas of expertise.
Due to its quick rise as well as the talent level it has secured, PCMS Consulting has positioned itself to be at the forefront of the new real estate industry and is working with other industry leaders to help real estate brokerages reinvent themselves. It is doing the same in the franchise industry which is dealing with similar issues in many areas.
As PCMS’ Real Estate Consulting Company continues to evolve in 2009 and beyond, it remains true to its core value of providing a full roster of services rendered by its team of professionals who are experts in the different areas where PCMS provides consulting services.
