  • Regular, relevant, emails sent to the homeowner. Each email has recent neighborhood sales data, home value and performance, and debt performance evaluation. Important information to help your clients track how well their home investment is performing locally.
  • Brokers are sent monthly reports listing all their properties in the system. The report will show: Homeowner name, Property address, Agent name, Home value (and rate of return), Home net equity (and rate of return), Mortgage summary (if available), and the Date of the last email opened by the homeowner.
