Our team embraced the concepts provided by Camp REinvent™ but, more importantly, it gave us the confidence, as management, to move forward with complete justification we were doing the right thing as many difficult choices, including office closings and employee layoffs, were being made. We are now stronger, more profitable, and viewed as the innovator in our market.
In addition to Camp REinvent™, we have since engaged PCMS for recruiting coaching for our managers, the development and hosting of our website through their partnership with Terabitz, the outsourcing of our lead response call center through their partnership with One Cavo, and we attended the most recent Camp REinvent™ LIVE! event in Atlanta where we were also asked to speak to the group about our experiences over the past few tumultuous years.
