Why PCMS Consulting?
PCMS Consulting is a unique real estate consulting organization founded with the intent of providing a broad range of real estate consulting services all under one roof. Given the radical changes our industry is undergoing, we consider staying on the leading edge of these changes critical to the success of our clients as we help them navigate the new real estate brokerage environment.
We pride ourselves on being able to walk into any real estate office in the world, find out what issues it may be struggling with, and know that we have the team of real estate consulting professionals we can insert into the situation and help resolve their issue and grow their business. Because of our contacts, domestically and internationally, if we don’t have the answer, we know someone who does.
The PCMS consulting team is comprised of individuals who have previously held the following senior level positions:
- President, Coldwell Banker Commercial
- Chief Operating Officer, ERA Spain and CENTURY 21 Spain
- Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Acquisitions for CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA Franchise Systems
- Affiliate Services Director for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Re/Max, and Prudential Real Estate.
Most of our real estate consultants are also licensed brokers and/or agents who have successfully owned and/or managed single and multi unit real estate brokerage operations throughout the U.S. and in Europe. Because of our extensive travels, we have the benefit seeing, firsthand, what is working in different parts of the country so we can give the correct advice depending on who the client is and where they are based.
